Charlie was born September 24, 1940 to Carl and Eva Niebergall (Beutel) in Kilally, Sk.
He met and fell in love with Marlene Pangracs married October 9, 1971. The raised 2 loving children,
Melinda in 1974 and Victor in 1981.
He worked as a mechanic at Cushman Ford Sales until 1989 and Town and Country Service in
Bredenbury, SK, until his retirement in 2005.
He was an active member of the Lions Club and Threshermans Club. A volunteer in his community, he and Marlene tended the lawn at the Esterhazy Flour Mill.
In the last 5 years, he and his wife Marlene played shuffleboard at the Golden Jets. With their children farther away they spent a lot of time traveling here and there enjoying each others company.
Predeceased by his parents Carl and Eva Niebergall, in-laws Wesley and Elsie Pangracs, brother Chris and his wife Fay and brother-in-Law Jim Bubnick.
Survived by his love Marlene, daughter Melinda (Terry), Granddaughter Kiarra, Son Victor (Pam)
Granddaughter Cadyn, Grandsons Kason, Dagan and Caleb. brother George (Dianne), cherished
Sister-in-law Elaine Bubnick, and numerous nieces and nephews.
